I bought this a while ago and it is quite handy. With all the different ways to hang and use it, it's exactly the lantern I was looking for. Plenty of brightness even on the lowest setting, perfect for power outages or the occasional hurricane. I combine this with a magnetic hook for working in the engine bay of cars. For the price, hard to beat.

When I bought this it was advertised as light and battery pack. Web site was misleading and only received light. If you’re going to run a promotion you shouldn’t use tricks not to honor promotion

Lantern review
I use these eal 22 on a daily basis did i mention how great they are. They provide much light to get the job done and if its not quite bright enough then take off the lens cover and you have a lantern on a whole new level. Used in dark rooms, around the ranch, birthing animals is great with much needed light in some adverse conditions. During monsoons when we lose power. Thank you coast for developing a lantern that provides much needed light without breaking the bank, and i always use the zx101...
