my old TP14R just stop working after 15 of service, thought it was the battery, so i purchase one from here. nope the light didn't work, so i bought a Coast TP14R light the old one I had. then I figured out I needed a tail cap, as it appeared it was the problem after I got a new of same make and model. I look through catalog and can't find a tail cap. so I email a support ticket. when they look up the light it was still under warranty , i just got a new light. i've done business with...

Battery won't charge

Worked great first 2 times then after that, in order for me to charge it, for the red light to go on. I have To push it in and hold it in strong, meaning. Sitting there, pushing it in the whole time. Otherwise I won't charge

AA Cartridge is not included nor exists

Bought this flashlight because it says on the box and website you can use AA batteries or the included rechargeable. However using AA requires a cartridge that is not included with the flashlight and which does not appear to actually exist. The box and manual do not mention any adapter or cartridge needed and there does not appear to be any related cartridge on the website.

Coast to Coast, night to Light

Love the flashlight. Squint your eyes bright. I’ve dropped it hard a few times, no issues… it’s tough also.

Exceptionally bright

Exceptionally bright but no instructions on how to cycle through the brightness levels with the on/off switch (or I missed that part)

What a light! Buy this one!

This is a "super duper" flashlight! It was expensive but I feel it will be worth the money. My power keeps going out, I don't like sitting in the dark. No problem with this super flashlight. Easy on just push button, rechargeable batteries already installed. Nice!
