Ordered two and both had large dents in the side

The fireplace itself worked great and was perfect for what I wanted. I got one that had a huge dent in the side that would have been visible from the front and the company had me return it. The second one also had a huge dent in the side. I am sick of messing with it at this point.

This fireplace works great!

This fireplace insert was the answer to a several month search. It fit perfectly in our existing traditional wood burning fireplace opening that was built in our home in the 1990's. Unfortunately, due to severe asthma, we could no longer burn wood. The colors are great, and the heat is an added plus -- especially with the cold weather we have been experiencing. The style fit in with the age of our home too. We would highly recommend this electric fireplace!

I liked it but dented

I liked it and beautiful but when we opened the box fireplace was dented on the side. The strange thing was that the box wasn’t damaged. It was a big dent and we will return it to store. I will be reordering same product and give it try and see what happens.

The "flames" could be a bit higher in the space.

Love this fireplace! Reason for 4 stars is that it is too soon yet to tell how much impact it will have on my electric bill, and if it warms up my space since it is just the beginning of fall. Also it seems to be a bit loud when in heat mode. Otherwise it fits nicely in front of my wood fireplace.

Works as stated easy out of the box plug in.

This is zn awesome buy. Right out of the box plugbit in and its working. Several settings for flame color and heat. Timer is awesome anywhere from 30 minutes to 8 hours. I wouldrecoomend it.

Order the surround for it.

Worked well. Wished they had recommended the surround for it when we purchased it.
