[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was my first time using paint stripper so I don’t have much experience. We used it to strip varnish off a wooden credenza and we followed the directions carefully. It worked!! Very cool product, we’d use it again.

While doing this, there was some major glue/residue left on the floor and nothing seemed to work. I decided to try this to see if maybe it would do some good. I was so shocked when it removed most of not all of the residue on the floor and was a very simple and easy clean up! Bonus point for the fact that it wasn’t a harsh smell!

My first attempt I let the stripper basically dry before I scraped it off, and I had to use a lot more force to get it off, so I found it to be harder and more work, but my second attempt I let the gel a little over 20 minutes, more if you have a thicker layer, and I was able to easily scrape off the paint, so for me I found that when the gel is still wet it was much easier to get the paint off. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love to try and take old furniture and redo it. I have been using this stripping gel and it has made my projects so much easier to do. It is easy to use and apply to the areas that you need. It works faster than I expected and I am happy with the results. I will purchase this again for future projects. It is good quality and works well.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I refinish a lot of furniture so I thought I would try this out. Can't say I am fully impressed. In my opinion the time it takes to use and the mess you make while using it, just isn't worth it for me. Although the aroma isn't as bad as others its still pretty strong and should be used outdoors. Having to use more than one coat sometimes 3 It's just not for me. If you want to take the time it does give you a clean surface though.

Paint and varnish stripper

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really like this stuff. It works great and the smell doesn't take you out. Some of the varnish strippers have such a strong smell that I can barely work with them. Citristrip just smells like oranges. The stripper took all of the old paint off of my rocking chair quickly and easily and now I get to make the chair look great again. Good product!
