We've had this grill a few years now. The grates on this grill are a terrible design. Grease gets trapped instead of flowing off. They are impossible to clean easily. The coating started to come off right away. I wish I wouldn't have purchased this. I have had other char broil products in the past but this makes me not want to try anymore and seek a different brand.
Great Grill !
This Amplifire Grill is awesome, cooks even and very few flare up like a lot of grills, I am looking to buy another one. But having a hard time finding one. I hope they have not discontinued it.

This gas grill is my 2nd gas grill. I had a 4 burner unit that was hard to adjust precisely the correct heat for slow temperature. This 5 burner unit is great.

Worst Designed Grill ever purchased
This grill is the worst grill I ever purchased. Specifically the grill itself is the part that I have such trouble with. I cook 15 burgers at a time and the little slots that let grease flow through constantly get clogged and makes a mess. They are the worst to clean and if you do not clean this grill every single time it will build up and smoke you out. The burgers get all black from the burnt grease left on the grill too.
