We upgraded the exhaust pipe to direct up and away where we want and it also muffles the sound more. Eco mode is great, even quieter for light loads. Thanks for great generator, easy to carry and transport, light weight and reliable.

An amazing inverter and excellent support

I bought this primarily to use with my travel trailer but also as a residential backup. I had to contact Support regarding the battery which was dead-on-arrival. They quickly offered to replace it at no fee. Not only am I happy with the product but with the company behind it.

Awesome remote start feature

We purchased this unit to power our RV while our new home is being built. We absolutely love the remote start feature so we don't have to go outside to start the power for the coffee maker in the wee hours of the morning. We're sure the neighbors appreciate the low 58 db noise level as well. We can barely hear it in the RV. This unit sips fuel, and runs everything we want to use. We can't recommend it enough. Great Unit for the Price point!

We own some property on a trout stream, and 'boondock' camp there often. There is no electricity, so on those times when we need to run the A/C or top off the batteries, this unit made perfect sense. Electric start convenience with remote

We bought the generator for boondocking and for power outages. Purchased 05/22/2020 with 5-hour break-in run done on 06/11/2020. The battery wasn't charged sufficiently to start the generator, so I used the recoil starter and manual choke. Following the 5-hour break-in, I changed the oil to synthetic. This is used for my motor home for running my inverter,fridge,lights,computer and tvs. I really like the gas savings over running the 7000 watt coach generator. Power where needed

This generator is small enough and portable I have used it for work, camping and even projects around the house where it is easier to roll this unit out than string out extension cords. I feel it is quiet and so convenient to push the remote button and have a cup of coffee made up in the woods. Very happy with my purchase

Loads of power

I appreciated the very thorough directions on unpacking the generator, and I took my time to make sure everything was done to spec. The battery was DOA, so I ended up having to pull start the device the first time to get the battery charged. It started on the very first pull! Runs smooth and quiet, but then the testing began.
