Red oak flooring was unstained and looks great

Purchased unstained 2 1/4 red oak flooring and it has a great grain and minimal knots

Terrible quality

I ordered 8 boxes of #1 red oak to install in an office. I found several pieces with the tongues completely broken off, splintered, pieces more narrow than others, damaged bottoms, lots of knots, etc. I even had a piece with an "X" marked in black, which tells me it was a quality defect, but was still shipped. Not a quality product.

It arrived very quickly

Have not installed yet but so nice to order a small quantity to match existing flooring.

Product fine, shippers careless.

They dropped off unfinished, hardwood flooring as RAIN was moving in. They didn't tell us they were coming, didn't knock on the door, they didn't cover it to protect it. Good thing I was home & was able to rush it inside. They were tossing it careless & damaged several boards & tongues. Product is good except where they damaged it... I was only able to unpack 2 bundles and count about 10 that are damaged. Will work with what I have but Lowes should really allow pick up by the customer using a LO...
