Not sure about it

so, i ordered 2 of these units both came in Defective. No part of lowes. I called the manufacturer as they have a 7-year Warranty. I was told to return them as they probably won't have the parts. I hate returning something like this for a cosmetic issue that could be easily fixed by sending me a new front plates.
