What Customers Are Saying

Customers overwhelmingly praise this cordless stick vacuum for exceptional battery performance, lightweight design, and powerful suction. Many highlight the long runtime—cleaning entire homes on a single charge—and appreciate the interchangeable battery system for extended use. Reviewers consistently note the lightweight, maneuverable design makes cleaning effortless, especially for those with mobility concerns. Strong suction effectively picks up pet hair and debris on hardwood, tile, and low-pile carpets, with LED floor lights helping spot missed dirt. The versatile handheld conversion and included attachments add significant value. A few mention struggles on thick carpets and minor design quirks, but most consider this an excellent cordless option.

When it works it works very well. Problem is it stops working after about six months. It looses suction, the light goes off and the auto push assist stops but the motor continues to run. Craftsman’s customer service is great, send a video of the issue and they send you a replacement. The replacement also stoped working after about six months. This would be an amazing product if craftsman fixes whatever the issue is that causes it to stop functioning after a few months

Excellent vacuum cleaner. Exceeded my expectations

Would Recommend

Excellent vacuum cleaner. Exceeded my expectations. I’ve been buying Craftsman tools since the 1970’s. I’ve had quite a few shop vacuums and household & business vacuum cleaners over the decades. I have pets (dogs) and both hardwood floors as well as carpet. This vacuum cleaner was definitely engineered for both regardless of name brands. It’s a bonus that it works with my existing Craftsman batteries!! Highly recommended item for daily use!!

Dependable and a great value!

Would Recommend

I own a small commercial cleaning business on Topsail Island. Right now I have 5 of these vacuum cleaners. This is an excellent vacuum and easily picks up sand and pet hair. The battery has a good run time and charges quickly. I clean out the vacuum and change the filter after every use. The vacuum also lays flat to get under beds and other furniture. It is easy to disassemble for clearing any clogs. Excellent value!
