Dies extremely fast

This is our second craftsman electric mower using the same type of batteries and I wish we just got a gas mower instead this time. First time mowing with it today and it died after maybe 15-20 minutes. I’ve never had this issue until this mower. Will be returning.

No Longevity/New Blades Unavailable

Not a bad product overall but you can't order new blades from craftsman. Blades are thin, so won't last years, and likely won't last after too many sharpenings either. If they had blades in stock and readily available it would be more of a positive review. I doubt my single blade will even last to the 3 year warranty. Blades are not covered says customer service as well and they tell you to take a part # NB 419-198 and good luck hope you find one. Sounds like planned obsolescence at its finest. ...

Good once set up

Great size for small yard and works well so far. The manual is awful to try to read for setup… I had to google YouTube videos to figure it out

Good mower, fold-up handlebars flimsy

I bought this as a replacement for my previous mower (another electric that fizzled-out). This one is more compact, but surprisingly not light-weight. I think that the fold-up handle-bars are a bit of a bait and switch, since the plastic clamps are not as rough and tumble for repeated use (in a couple weeks, I dropped the plastic parts and tightened the metal parts and added some heftier hose clamps to keep the handle firmly in place). First time with a smaller yard, thought about getting electric and wasn’t let down. Electric has come a long way!

Last no even 20 minutes

Don’t waste your time and money it doesn’t last not even 20 minutes cutting the grass and it took 4 hours to charge. Craftsman please recall this lawnmower and avoid returns THIS IS THE WORST LAWNMOWER EVER BOUGHT IN USA FROM YOU . Do not waste your time and money . I was so mad with craftsman for 1st time, this is THE WORSE PRODUCT U HAVE EVER RELEASED IN USA, I used to love Craftsman but not anymore.
