Overseas Craftsman quality is still bad. The Allen bolts strip almost instantly, and the paint chips or scratches with the slightest contact. Perfect after disabling lid lock

(1) The tool cart is excellent, but the instructions are not. (2) This cart has a feature that prevents the drawers from opening if the lid is down. When closed, the lid pushes two exposed metal bars down, which locks the drawers. I’m unaware of any toggle or simple way to disable that feature, and it’s a huge inconvenience for me. I want to use the top as a work surface and still have access to the drawers, so I trimmed the two metal bars that trigger the lid lock (see the pic I attached). It...

Piece of garbage

I purchased yesterday at the Clearwater Lowes. Paint bubbling and flaking off upon assembly. Craftsman used to be a quality brand...what happened? This was supposed to be a birthday gift for my husband. Very, very disappointing. Took two men to lift it and put it in the back of my car and now I have to bring it back. What a hassle. Come on Lowes - you're better than this.

A good quality tool box- recommend store assembly.

Delivered unassembled and took several hours to build. I suggest that you have it assembled before bringing it home, unless you have some extra time or the proper tools and knowledge of how to do it. Damaged in package!!

Bought this on sale for a good price, but after opening the box and reading all the other reviews, I see why. This can't with as bent over edge on that main top lid and I contacted the manufacturer and they agreed it was their fault, but said I couldn't get the part replaced as they didn't make it. Very disappointed in Craftsman and Lowe's in this purchase.

Well Made Tool Cart but Prone to Shipping Damage

This rolling tool chest is nice. I needed a smaller type rolling chest for my work shop and this fit the bill. However Lowes's really dropped the ball on this one. After driving 50+ miles to pick this up the one they pushed out into the parking lot was completely inoperable and was missing the keys. Very nice toolbox!

I have found the Craftsman rolling tool box to be a great value for the money. The toolbox is very sturdy and made well. The thickness of the metal (18 gauge) that makes up the toolbox is very good. I have found competitor toolboxes made out of thinner gauge metal. The drawers are very nice with the soft close and ball bearings. This is the great quality I have come to expect from Craftsman. Came scratched and damaged.

I ordered and picked this tool cart up yesterday from my local Lowes. The service was excellent and was perfectly packaged too. The issue is that the lid is bent on 1 side in the rear, the power pack cord hanger was bent and I had to straighten it in a bench vice to get it to fit on and there were scratches on some of the pieces. Inaccurate Description, good cart

The description claims all the drawers are 22 inches deep, the deepest one has approximately 17 inches of usable space. The deep drawers are the main reason I purchased the product to begin with and I was pretty disappointed to find out they were much shallower than anticipated. Completely damaged

Got this as a Christmas gift for my son and after he built it the drawers would not go in not out. The frame is not straight which does not allow the drawers to fit in correctly which won't allow them to open or close. It was his first toolbox so this is a huge disappointment.
