It was supposed to be put together and it was not and not all the parts are there for the grass bucket it was supposed to be put on before delivery and they jst dropped it off and left did not say a word to us i am so disappointed in everything

The lawn mower is excellent and the color on it is beautiful. I recommend anyone to buy it. The quality of the mower is great if I had the opportunity to buy another one I will it cut the grass real good

Avoid At All Cost - Complete Transmission Failure

I purchased a Craftsman T3200 in April of 2022, expecting a machine that would last for years with proper care. Instead, it has turned into a massive disappointment. The mower currently has only 130 hours on it, yet the transmission has completely failed. The mower was used the day it was purchased. The maneuverability around the trees and bushes helped accomplish the mowing in less time.

Unacceptable customer service and machine.

I purchased this product. Made three attempts to cut grass due to faulty deck belt. Purchased 3 belts for 42 in mowers. All failed and when I returned to the store there solution was to contact the manufacturer. When I informed the manager that I could not return the mower....even after I said I had 30 days to which she said no.
