Arrived damaged and missing parts

Ordered online to have it shipped. Arrived 2days later than expected. When I opened my door I immediately noticed the box was damaged. Took it inside and opened it to find a complete disaster. Called to get refund but person on the phone “Rayvin” said I have to physically return to the store to get refund. What a trashy company if they don’t refund me and pick up this shotty delivery.

Watched the delivery driver go right past me as I stood by the road and then not even notice I wasn't getting my delivery , poor business ,just my opinion ,I can give somebody else my business

Bad Parts - No replacement options

Just received the stand today. Put it together and noticed one of the specially slotted nuts used to mount the saw to the stand doesn't have the slots. Usable, but difficult. The one star is mostly because there's no parts option to replace the nut. It's too specialized to find anywhere most likely. The only option is to exchange the entire stand. I would have expected better support from Craftsman. Very dissappointed.

The mounting nuts slide in the slots on the brackets even when bolts are fully tightened. How do you keep the saw from sliding back and forth?
