Manufacture defect that I have to fix myself.
Very wobbly even on level ground because the casters and side handle are attached with sheet metal screws. On three of my drawers, the slides were affected once I added some weight. One will not soft close and another sags so it literally hits the drawer below it. The manufacturer wants to send me new slides, but I’d have to drill out rivets, etc.. Not acceptable on a brand new product under warranty with a manufacturer defect!

Searched everywhere for this item, nobody had it and when I finally located it almost two hours away I was initially super excited till I got it home and noticed it was dented pretty ugly on the front 😣😠 I called the store back, they said they can offer me $10 to keep the item, how upsetting on something brand new.
