What Customers Are Saying

The product received mixed reviews. Some customers found it to be a powerful and easy-to-use tool, while many reported significant reliability issues. Common problems included difficulty starting and keeping the saw running, the chain frequently coming off, and poor quality of the plastic components. On the positive side, some praised its performance in cutting large branches, as well as its quiet operation. However, the overall sentiment suggests the reliability and durability concerns outweigh the product's strengths.

went out to use this tool for the first time . it was hard to start and would die shortly after starting. then I had to repeat the process. finally got it started and warmed up and when I went to cut the very first branch the saw would stop spinning. this was a total waste of time and money.

This past Weekend I visited our local Lowes in Rocky Mount N.C. I was looking at the Zero Turn mowers. A very nice young lady asked me if she could help me. I said yes. Her name is Gloria. Gloria did a great job and helped me to decide which mower to get. She was very knowledgeable and such a pleasure to work with. I purchased the John Deere Z330M. I am in the restaurant business and I wish we had more Glora's out there to choose from. Great work ethic and great customer service.

Good product.

I've only used this product once so more and the only shortcoming that I found is that it needs to be a little better balanced. Tends to be top heavy and tiring after several minutes of use. Starts easily and runs very smoothly.
