Poor quality
Just bought it yesterday. Fully charged the battery and went out to use it this morning. It last 5 minutes before shutting off. Battery is hot. I'm waiting for it to cool down and will try again. I was looking forward to this product, but I'll be taking it back. Very poor quality and serves no purpose if you can only get 5 minute use. Do not buy or you'll be returning it.

Hot Battery!
Battery lasts 4-5 minutes on full charge. Too hot to touch battery without gloves for removal! Will need several charged batteries to clean deck and patio in one session. Taking it back (if they will take a return without a box) and using my gas tools from now on!

Stay away
Probably the worst piece of lawn equipment I have ever purchased. I can’t even do half my driveway before it shuts off. The battery gets very wam then it stops. This blower is nothing more than a glorified broom used for my deck area. I would not recommend this for anybody. Sad thing is I have other Craftsmen tool that I like, but definitely not this
