Update to (Worked good for a year)
This review is a follow-up to my original review titled "Worked good for a year". The riding mower has now had a total loss of power. The nearest authorized service center was 20 miles away...but they refused to work on it. The next closest was 25 miles away. I paid them to pick it up for the warranty repairs. They told me they already had the same Craftsman Electric Riding Mower there for 3 months. They have to call MTD Support to get authorization to diagnose and replace parts under warranty. ...

Worked good for a year
I bought the Craftsman electric riding mower in June of 2023 from Lowe's. It worked great and had plenty of power. I have a 1/4 acre and after double cutting, I'd have about 40% battery left. So more than enough for my needs. After 2 months, I started getting E225 errors that shut off the blade. Turns out it was the plastic cover for the side of the mowing deck.
