Worked well for half of the job I needed it for but then the rubber started to come off. So it was good for short term use only.

Not rubber, foam

Would Recommend

Basement had a water leak. Works great on a tile floor. Not for outdoors or ruff surface. Drawback is it a hard foam squeegee, not rubber. Will tear if you hit a snag.
