Poor design for belt drive assembly
Works fine until the belt drive fails. We have about 3 hours on this sander and it failed. The belt drive uses friction in the drive great to rotate the belt. Better designed use hexagon or locking keys. This one uses a diamond pattern etched into a rubber/plastic wheel that relies on surface friction.... very bad design!!!!

Worked great for about a year and a half then just stopped. Checked all the usual things. Switches,drive belt were fine but the brushes are really hard to get at. Don't have time for this so I threw it away. It's probably fine for light occasional usage around the home but this is not for woodworkers or other professionals.
