Had this just over 3 months when engine locked up. Lowes refused to replace because we were a few days outside of our o0 day window and I have to wait a year before there extended warranty kicked in(thanks for nothing. took it to a Craftsman authorized repair shop and 4 months later still nothing because they are waiting on an engine that's on back order.

I've had this pressure washer for less than 2 years. Used maybe 10 times. Garage kept, etc. I went to use today, and a seal or something cracked and let oil and gas mix. The engine is dead. The engine has a 3 year warranty, PERFECT.... not. You call Craftman and they pawn off the the warranty because "craftman" didnt make it. Its briggs and straton. Call them and they dont offer any customer service and tell you to contact a local deal. Contact a local dealer.... they arent licensed to do warran...

I have only used it 3 times and it refuses to start, tried carburetor cleaner and still nothing. Very disappointed in craftsmanship thought craftsman built quality, not happy. Used pressure washer 3 times and would not pump water after that. Took back to Lowe’s and they refused to warranty it. Whole situation sucked. Spent $349.00 and now have no pressure washer. Won’t buy Craftsman again or shop at Lowe’s either.
