Cannot have a conversation in kitchen or living room when this machine is running.

DO NOT BUY

During the 6 months that we had this machine connected, it actually worked for about 1.5 months total. The machine stopped staying cool and caused a slew of issues. With the help of an amazing Lowe’s. Rep. We were finally able to get the manufacturer to talk to me regarding their one-year warranty. They explained that with it being six months old this was normal wear and tear. It did not stay cool and that was our fault?! Lowe’s helped to make it right. But the machine and the manufacturer wer...

All of the bad reviews are accurate. Within two weeks of running the machine, it began making a very loud noise. Now it won’t make ice. Didn’t last 90 days, and the customer service numbers on the instruction manual leads to a full inbox like that of a cell phone that’s powered off. Lowe’s should be ashamed for selling this product.

6 Months of Ice

Would Not Recommend

Purchased in February and it is cooked in August. The appliance makes great ice, but it is very noisy from the start and obviously not built very well.

Didn't last 6 months!

Would Not Recommend

As the other reviews, the machine worked great for a few months. However, it became very loud and then started making less ice and developed large leaks and became so loud it was unbearable. Surprised Lowes continues to sell this with the same problems being reported and no support from the manufacturer!

Loudest ice maker

Would Not Recommend

Extremely loud as it goes through the cycle, doesn't keep ice usable, melts away fast, you have to manually move trays to get ice in the second tray. would give one star if it would let me.

Horrible product

Would Not Recommend

Did not last ten months. Suppose to have a one year warranty and neither the manufaturer nor Lowe’s would do anything for me. Big run around. I’m done with them and Lowe’s. Safe yourself some grief and shop somewhere else for different product. Would’ve given it a ZERO star review but this survey wouldn’t allow it.

Ease of Use

Waste of money

Would Not Recommend

I owned this less than a year and a half. Ice maker stopped working, I going it's not filling water and replaced the water solenoid valve but that didn't solve. After opening up the back I found the whole top of the motor broken apart as well. Complete waste of money and should be removed from Lowe's website. I can get ice makers for a quarter of the cost which will last just as long.
