Luxurious and high quality hardware

The installation instructions had pictures and around 12 steps from start to finish. very very happy with the product, ready to have this upgrade to our bathroom to have the luxury-hotel feel.

This item comes packaged in a very appealing way, everything is easy to locate. Unfortunately, the instructions (see photo, ignore coffee cup stain) are almost completely useless except as a item checklist. A lot of the wording and content (and there's very little content) is odd or even pointless, like it's a bad translation/not originally written in English. Quality where it counts

When opening the box to do inventory, i looked at the quality of the parts. This is the first time i heard of this company but they have quality parts where it counts. Brass valve body with the shutoff screws, and a gasket covering the backplate and the shower knob. The shower arm and head geel solid and it comes with everything but the tools. Great Quality for the Price

Excellent quality rain shower system. Handheld doesn’t feel cheap like other units. Mixing valve seems to be of quality and time will tell. Includes inline filters and a brush to clean out the shower heads.

Casa Inc has terrible customer service

Product looks great but when installed one male threaded fitting off the body valve leaked. Two different female fittings were tried and it still leaked. Contacted Casa Inc. to try to get the problem solved so our shower could get finished. However, they just insisted that we installed the product wrong and wouldn’t do anything for us until I told them we had to use another product. Horrible customer service.
