BrassCraft 3/8 in. O.D. flare (9/16 - 24 fine thread) steel gas fittings kit includes (1) 1/2 in. FIP and (1) 3/8 in. MIP. Fitting is used with 3/8 in. O.D. fine thread gas connectors (CSST part no. prefix) for appliances with smaller BTU demands such as a standard dryer, gas log fireplace or space heaters. Adapts gas connector nut to appliance inlet or gas supply. The flared end of the fitting connects to the gas connector nut. The male end connects to the gas appliance inlet, gas ball valve or gas supply stub out. These fittings are manufactured from steel and feature a corrosion resistant coating.
Kit contains: 5/8-in OD flare x 1/2-in MIP (3/8-in FIP tap) fitting and 5/8-in OD flare x 1/2-in FIP fitting
