Great for boys room
It's hard to find fabric beds that work in a boy's room, but this one is great. It's not boring like the same old wood beds you see everywhere. My son likes that he can sit up in bed, and it doesn't hurt his back. He said he feels like an adult now. Ha! He's 9!

Looks great
Make sure you read through all the instructions before you start the bed. I made the rookie mistake of tightening the first couple screws to the extreme, and going back to unscrew later was the biggest problem I had. I'm stronger than I thought! But after it was altogether, I was very proud of the bed I built. Looks great, very well-made bed.

Good bed
I'm just happy I didn't need to get a dang box spring. It comes with a full set of slats. I think a box spring would have made it too high compared to the headboard. Something to think about if you have a high bed and box spring set. Good bed.

No box spring needed
Delivery was fast and easy. I was expecting bigger boxes for some reason. Packaging was sufficient. Directions were easy to follow. Took me a second to find the hardware - it's zipped up in the headboard which is pretty smart. Put most of it together myself, had help putting my mattress on it. Luckily didn't need a box spring. Seems sturdy, no creaks or wiggles when I get in bed.
