Band New Plunge Base MRP01 sticks/jams badly
Purchased the Bosch Router MRC23EVS fixed base + plunge base combo kit. Went to use the plunge base in the process of making lap joints the other day. The router base would stick/jam on the way down and often stick/jam on the way up....failing to return to the home position. Very frustrating and dangerous. It's under warranty however I have no idea how long it will take to get it "fix" so I either stop production or roll the dice and purchase another base and hope it works as intended.

Microline adjuster failed
Looked like a great feature, and is critical to my current job, but it has somehow become locked in the full-down position and won't adjust in either direction. The manual says "Whenever the fine adjustment is used, be certain that the index marker is positioned between the two lines to ensure enough travel in the desired direction after the router is plunged into position." This index marker is at the bottom of its range, but I can't find any way to move it back between the two lines.

Great Value
After weeks of comparing various routers and accessories, I picked the MRP01 router. Easy to use, instructions are great and I enjoy using.
