Not for cutting
After I bought the tool and read the instructions I see it says it can only be used with grinding and sanding discs, not with cutting discs. The website brags about a strong motor for cutting. The box says nothing about not being able to use it for cutting. It worked great for a grinding job I needed it for, but it is disappointing that they do not let you know on the box and website that it cannot be used with cutting discs.

Durable
We are a Busy Custom Metal Fabrication Shop and have tried multiple products that burn out within a week or 2 in some cases. This grinder stands up to heavy industrial use and abuse. It also has less vibration than many of its kind and easier to hold.

Outstanding value
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I just purchased the GWS8-45, and was actually a little worried due to it being so inexpensive. I was very wrong, and am extremely pleased with the purchase. It is a well made product, and I couldn't expect any more, except maybe a storage case.

Perfect grinder
I love how compact the handle is. I can comfortably hold it in my hand and the weight distribution is perfect. I expect nothing less from Bosch.

Different type of guard
The guard to be a little better design Hard to get on hard to get off

No case of any sort.
Heavy for the size and does not come with a case or a bag. Nice power and quality button and grip. Even though it is heavy it is balanced well in your hand.

Wrong locking nut
I previously wrote the following: "Just bought this grinder and bought a BOSCH disk (4 1/2 inch, DB4543S). When tightened, the lock nut makes contact with the backing flange, not the disk. The disk spins freely. What am I missing? I have tried flipping the lock nut over (made the problem worse). Should I have a washer? I cannot recommend this product just yet but am hopeful if this issue is cleared up." I went back to the store of purchase and their staff graciously allowed me to swap my locki...

Keeping the wrench safe
I would have hoped for a hole in the wrench. Keeping track of the wrench for a grinder is very important. A hole to put a zip tie or lanyard through would be helpful.
