it's ok but not great
The dust collection is a joke. They have a rubber O-ring that is supposed to hold the dust collection to the sander but it's an epic failure the bin keeps falling off. Also the velcro base lacks a lot I have replaced mine with factory after the 1st one wouldn't hold the pads after a month. within 2 months the 2nd one did the same thing. I purchased a cheep aftermarket one 6 months ago and its stil doing great. I wouln't recommend this ROS.
Weak Velcro
I spend as much time putting the sanding discs back on as I do sanding. The velcro is horrible and has been from day 1. Very poor from Bosch

this sander is weak , hard to work with, its wobbly and I just don't recommend it to anyone im going back to ridgit. its cheaper and 100 times better.

Replacement of of older one dame model
Its a replacement of one ive had for 6 or 7 years and the other one probably hust needs to be cleaned. Because it works if you bang it so im sure dust got in to switch or tje switch is bad. Will fix when have time

Bought this over the Dewalt, because I needed a reliable sander for renovations. Sanded some joints on new dry wall for 5min and a burning smell started coming from the machine, then it quit working. Tried to return it and literally 4 different people and 35min later I got a refund.
