The Bosch PS21 features a professional motor that delivers 265 In.-Lbs. of torque, along with a max speed of 1,300 rpm. With a head length of 5.6 In. and a weight of 1.4 Lbs. (tool only, not including battery), this compact powerful pocket driver is an ideal tool for overhead work or tight spaces. The 1/4 In. hex quick-change chuck provides enhanced bit grip. It provides two-speed transmission and 20+1 clutch settings, for more precise operation. It has an LED light to illuminate dark work areas. This is a bare tool kit; the battery and charger are sold separately.

I work in aviation and have used this screwdriver extensively for 13 yrs, it is lightweight compared to Milwaukee or DeWalt, works just as hard as the other brands. however like all tools that get used a lot they will wear out, the motor in mine is starting to go out and the batteries, do not last as long as they did when new. but that is to be expected with power tools. I've had mine for probably close to 8 or 9 years. Its my go to for small jobs. One battery finally died and the other is still going strong. I just ordered 2 more batteries - that's how much I like it. I can't believe how expensive the drill is now. I don't remember what I paid back then but it was probably about the price of the bare tool now and mine came with the 2 batts, charger and bag. Great drill back then but not sure on quality these days. may not be the same quality??

Battery Not Included

Buyer Beware - THIS DOES NOT COME WITH A BATTERY! Ignore the incredibly misleading photos of the drill with a batter and the FAQ responses directly from BOSCH saying it comes with a batter and case. It does not. If you read all the way to the bottom of the product specs it mentions oh by the way, this does not come with a battery. Meanwhile there are at least 5 other references that says it does. Very disappointed.

Drill Failed After Two Years

Would Not Recommend

Drill failed after two years with minimal use during that time. Very disappointed in Bosch Tools. I gave it two stars for the two years that it did work.

replaced the original with the same one

Would Recommend

Yup, the old one got so beat up (but still works) I decided to replace it with a new one. That way I can use the old one for beating it up projects and the new one for more precise projects. This way when I do wire wheel grinding, I won't scum up the new one. This drill has been through lots of heavy duty project. Probably more than it was rated for, but it kept on working.
