Assembly requires some patience and an extra set of hands is helpful. In order to get the resistance cable attached we needed to loosen the "nut" carefully and then retighten to the initial location. I've done 5 workouts with the bike so far and no problems. The straps are a bit tight for my size 11 wide shoes so I removed them. I have a 32 in inseam and still have rearward travel on the seat if needed.
