Super sturdy. Easy to assemble.
This weight bench and bar rack is well made, strong, sturdy, not cheap at all. We had just a bench before that was quite wobbly but this one is strong and stable. The unit feels stable when doing pull ups. We don't have a bar bell set yet so haven't tried out the unit for bench press or squats yet. Heavy Hanger
First off this should have come in 2 boxes. It was an extremely large and heavy box to maneuver once delivered to the front door. It was packed well to prevent damage, but it looks like there were some chips on the paint pre-packaging (see photos). The instructions were clear, though a list of tools would have been great. A way to ensure the uprights for the rack were at 90 degrees would be a good addition too. I pulled out a speed square, but the instructions never mention checking. The bench...

Okay for Home Gym
Assembly on this was not difficult, and with the exception of adding the top bar to the rack, I did it by myself. The instructions were buried in the bottom of the box, they could have easily put them on top! I was pleased that they put wheels on the back of the chair, and a handle on the front that makes it easy to move around. It has 4 seat positions including flat.
