Body Flex Sports Body Champ Adjustable Olympic Freestanding Weight bench

Solid but too short for me.

The Body Flex Sports rack and bench is a well made workout kit with solid materials but some minor issues. Im 6'5" and the squat rack doesn't go high enough, unless I squat down very low initially to lift the bar off. You should be fine if you are 6 feet or shorter. Height adjustment is a little cumbersome, since you have to fully unscrew the safety bolt each time. Took me about 30 mins to assemble and requires a wrench and socket set. While assembling, there was some powdered rust here ...

My son is loving his new workout equipment. It did take him about 2 hour to put everything together but pieces are made of good material and when completed the bench and bar are very sturdy. He loves the bench, it has 3 different positions to adjust for different workouts. The bar that holds weights seem very sturdy also. That our next purchase, a good set of weights. Overall very happy with weight bench and squat bar

Nice Quality Sturdy Set, great deal for the price
