not sturdy at all
very shakey and not strong at all.

bought the ladder in June and it's already broke. I knew it was flimsy but can't believe the screws tore the plastic. $200 was expensive for 2 months use
Do not buy this. You will return it.
Don't have it shipped
I suppose the product might have been ok, but it was delivered in a box that was busted open in several places and all the Hardware and direction booklet were missing!!! This is not the first time I have had problems with Lowes Delivery Services. I will stick to shopping in the store. Also, this product was returned, and I was told I would see a complete refund in a week to 10 days. Headed into week #2 nothing yet!!!

Ladder was disappointing. Directions have you fill the ladder legs with sand and somehow sand has leaked out into my pool. Ladder isn't very stable
