Sturdy but not made well when putting together
Product is sturdy and nice but putting it together was terrible. Holes were not cut to line up it was tough.

Great ladder
The ladder is sturdy, and the upper handles are higher which makes it easier for both kids and taller adults getting in and out of the pool.
Don’t buy inexpensive ladders from somewhere else
Like the idea that it’s not plastic much sturdier and made stronger for heavy use.
difficult assembly
Word of warning. The stainless steel tube are thin and therefore warp and bend easily especiallyin shipping. The ends will likely not be round when you open the box so sliding the steps onto the tube will be difficult. I have not had this ladder long enough to make any comments on the quality or durability of this ladder. i expect the stainless steel to hold up well to the pool environment.
Difficult to assemble
It's extremely difficult to slide the stairs on to them metal posts and it's ready to break out pieces of the stairs when trying to do this. They bottom step falls off easily and does not secure well
tight
It was tough getting the rungs on but use some vegetable oil it helps. two folks are needed and a rubber mallet.
Assembly rediculous
When I received the ladder i had to put it together, no big deal. Except the holes in the steps were to small and I had to take a knife and shave each hole down (4 holes per step). It took me about 3.5 hours to get the whole thing together. I have only had it for a week and so far no issues with the actual ladder, just the assembly.

Nice ladder, poor craftsmanship
Nice ladder, stainless should last a couple years, really had to fight to get screws in the steps, not a single hole drilled correctly in the tubes or the steps, does handle 280 lbs so far like it says it will
