holds very well without any slipping
I used it on my new plastic coated 10-gauge wire pulley clothesline. It worked so well and is nice and tight without any slipping at all. I put a large-hole washer on the slack end just to make sure that if it slipped, it wouldn't come out, but it doesn't slip at all.
