Line won't come out

I've spent 2 hours trying to get the line out. Nothing should be so difficult to figure out. It's going back to Lowes.

Sturdy winch

This is a very sturdy winch. I purchased it to lift a water heater into my attic. The heater being removed was about half full of water that wouldn't drain and it lowered it down with ease. It has a quick release switch that is very easy to use or you can hand crank the release slowly if needed. I also used it to pull a Dodge truck, that was buried in mud,to dry road. Great product

Solid Construction

Seems to be well built. Does what I needed it to do without issues.

does the job

I used this to pull pipe out of the ground & it worked great. But when I had to release it, it took three hands to pull the cable out again. It could have a better design to help with the loosing part, but for the pulling it works just fine.

the come a long worked just as advertised. I do wish it was longer than 6 feet. however, due to the fact that has a pulley on the end (similar to block and tackle) it has excellent pulling power.

Useful tool

This “come-a-long” winch works exactly as advertised. It appears to be built out of materials that will last a long time. Good purchase.
