Does the job
Swaging smaller ferrule works fine, but I had difficulty swaging the 3/16 ferrule. Or at least the 3/16 ferrules that was also purchased at the same time. I had to use a breaker bar to get the leverage to swage the 3/16 ferrule's that was purchased at the same time. Swaging the smaller sizes worked more flawlessly. I guess for the $, it's fine for smaller projects.

Used item listed at full price
This item along with the other 2 that were in stock had clearly been used before and returned. I picked the pair with the least amount of wear and received a 15% discount. I needed them that day which is why I purchased them despite being used. I don’t think the 15% discount was fair enough. Lowe’s shouldn’t restock used items at full price

Swage crimp does not fit look close at image.
Swage crimp does not fit look close at image. The crimp is sitting on top the tool jaw, it will not fit in. and modifying it to fit will weaken it . Imaged here for you to make your own judgment. Also handles have to be opened to far to comfortably close on crimp.

1/8 wires with ratchets
Wanted to love this very reasonable priced crimper/swager, but as the crimp progresses the jaws come out of alignment. Wire clamp doesn't pinch the wire properly, and it look like crap. Taking them back, get another pair coming, and hope they were made correctly! Can update my "NO" to friends reply then.
The jaws need to be fully opened to pinch the ferrule or stop.
No cutter
This is not as pictured and doesn’t have the cutter as shown in the pictures.
