This fire pit is beautiful, pretty sturdy.

I like everything about it, flame is pretty steady and high if yo want it.

Damaged and picture is very deceiving

First order didn't even get to me(was supposedly damaged in transit. The second, once received was also damaged. The bottom corner was broken causing a hairline break throughout the base. I don't blame Lowes considering the associate was nothing but helpful. The problem stemmed from the vendor and lack of communication. Good Value for an Attractive Fire Pit

The unit comes pre-assembled, save for putting the lava rock in the pit. It's easy to connect the propane tank. The fire starts easily and burns nicely. After removing and reinstalling the door where the propane tank goes, it looks like the base may get scratched in that area. I plan on putting some kind of non-abrasive covering (e.g. thin foam tape) on the bottom of the door to try and prevent that.

Picture deceiving

Doesn’t look like picture. Colors are dark and not bright as shown

Sturdy attractive nice edge for a glass or small plate, sturdy cover. Comes with lava stones. Would have preferred glasd

Product different from picture

In the picture Lowes shows you can see the stones having distinct colors. I bought this becuse of the design and colors shown. This is not the case. All the stones are various shades of black/grey stone and looks dirty.

Button needs to be held way longer than directed

Could not keep the flame to stay burning, almost like the thermal coupler was malfunctioning. spent a couple of hours trying to reset per instructions. Working now but am worried will have problems in the future. Also, the frame work is very cheap, just a painted mortar, chips VERY easily. Would think for $450 the quality would be a little better....
