Surprised at all the negative reviews!!
I almost didn't buy this because of them but, as I only had 1 cable end to repair & my only other option was far more expensive tools or a repair call, thought I'd give it a shot. Worked perfectly 1st time. Was so easy I decided to customize the cable lengths for the project I was doing & it worked every time. Project done & I was able to rerun the 50' of coaxial cable I bought for a refund that was more then the cost of the kit. And trust me, I'm a paperwork guy, not a handyman. Just sayin'.......
