My boyfriend and I put them in our basement gym that does not have carpet and it makes our workouts so much better. I am comfortable doing ab workouts. I received these for free for a campaign. I would highly recommend!

Solid exercise mats!

The mat tiles fit together easily and are sturdy enough that they don’t come apart during workouts. There’s a decent amount of padding so you really are protected from the hard floor. They’re also big so they go a long way! Overall impressed and would recommend!

Cushy, functional, and easy to assemble

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a LOT of flooring at 96 sq ft. Photo reflects only the use of 4 out of 6 tiles in the package! Each is 2 sq feet. Go together easily and stayed together well rolling this heavy elliptical onto them! Planning to add the rest to an area for yoga/ stretching and weights. Quality, solid flooring.
