I bought it cause it looked exactky what i wanted for my new bathroom. The issues I have is that I can't adjust the water temperature and keep it where I wanted it to be. It keeps go higher and hotter. Since I bought it I've tried to take a shower but failed due to the water temperature. Any help?

Shower pressure is great but the wand leaks

A month after installing, the handheld wand started spewing water from the base of the wand and there’s no way to unscrew it there to add teflon tape. I will have to replace the whole wand and tubing. Not impressed with these little Chinamen.

Check all connetions

installed and turned on.... leaking at main combined convection. had to rip out the wall behind the assembly to access the loose nut. Other than that... working fine so far.

nice shower system with a bunch of spray options

I received this item and it came well packed and seems simple to assemble. Packaging was nice with the bag around the parts to protect while shipping. internals seem to be mostly plastic and pvc piping internally. It did have the metal supply hoses though and bras right angle fittings. i have not gotten a chance to install and test out the pressure yet but i do like all the options of different heads. i wish the handheld would have been metal instead of plastic as this would be a more premi...

Manual is useless but product is nice.

The shower system (“product” from here on out) arrived very well packaged in individual drawstring bags. These were packed inside a shrink wrapped cardboard box. Needless to say the pieces arrived intact. The product is simple enough to understand if you look at it for a few minutes, which is good because the manual offers little to no help. Versatile and functional

I went with five stars because of it versatility and function, this product is aimed towards newer installation because of the plumbing that’s involve, it has its own diverter set up so you need to re-plumb for this unit and eliminate certain things, a little plumbing knowledge will help make install easier.

Lots of features and easy to install

For the price, this shower system is an awesome value. The massage jets and hand wand have a strong spray and are easy to control and adjust. The temperature and function knobs, along with the LCD display add to the relaxing experience. The rainfall and waterfall options from the overhead unit are very cool as well.
