What Customers Are Saying
The product has a mixed reception, with some praising its lightweight design, ease of use, and quiet operation, but the majority highlighting significant issues with battery life and performance. Many customers report the batteries draining quickly, often lasting only 15-30 minutes, and requiring several hours to recharge, severely limiting the mower's usability. Some also experienced problems with battery connectors and sockets, as well as quality concerns with the plastic components. Overall, the consensus suggests the battery life and reliability issues outweigh the benefits, making the product more suitable for small yards.

I have had this lawn mower for 1.5 years. This has been a pain in the butt. Three batteries to cut a 3000 Sq ft lawn. No batter life. Batteries will not stay in socket have to keep putting the battery in tighter. Cheep do not purchase.
Bad batteries right out of the box
I also got this mower through a work points program. Right out of the box both batteries charged briefly and then flashed red indicating batteries are bad and need to be replaced. Everything else about the mower is nice, lightweight and cuts evenly, but each battery lasts about 15 minutes, with mower set high and grass not long. But what's the point if batteries are no good with a brand new mower?

Great mower, but battery has only 1/2 hr charge
Verified Purchaser
I’ve had the mower for eight years and have been through four different batteries. The extra two that I bought will not stay charged, but I love the mower. My trees have grown up so much now that I want to bag the leaves but can’t figure out how to get the bag on. Is there a video that I can watch? I tried to ask this question in the Q&A, but it would not let me submit it.
Eats batteries
Mowed well but battery life a little disappointing Both batteries did not last long enough to mow my small lawn (about 1 hour)

Going back to gas
We had a good relationship for the first year, then it started eating batteries. I have a small yard but it takes 2 40 volt batteries to barely finish it. Light but a hassle. It died on the third year, would start then cut out after 5-10 minutes. Wouldn't you know my warranty expired one month after the 3 year warranty period.

Don't buy!
Highly recommend NOT buying this mower. The idea of electric is nice but in reality we should have gone with gas. The only nice thing about it is that it is light weight otherwise the thing is junk. The batteries don't last with full charge. So disappointed in this. Wish I could return
