Item arrived fast. It wasn't exactly as I thought it would be. I opened it and took out the drill the battery was already installed . I tried to operate the drill nothing happened. I took the battery and installed it in the light. Nothing happened. Put the battery on charge for 4 hours, Tried the light again, Nothing happened. Checked the battery voltage with a VOM it read 0,01 volts . Then I checked the charger it had 4.9 volts output. At that point I packed it up and sent it back for a ref...

No-Name Brand tools, No more!

Would Recommend

I've had a few tools purchased off a competitor site and they no-name brand items. Obviously, this one beats it out of the park. It's exactly what I needed. Unfortunately, the battery that came with it was dead and I had to reach out to the manufacturer. After providing the information they needed, they sent me a new battery at no cost. Looking forward to all the projects this will help me with. :)

Perfect first set

Would Recommend

I purchased this tool set as a housewarming gift for my daughter’s first home as an adult, and I couldn’t be happier with it. The tools are versatile, easy to use, and perfect for tackling basic projects. I especially appreciated that it’s well-designed. A great starter set that feels empowering and useful rather than gimmicky. Highly recommend

Lowe’s Sell Junk

Would Not Recommend

Lowe’s sell defective product that do not work. This was a Christmas present and now I have to run around to find replacement products. I am considering never shopping there ever again. In addition, their customer service kept me waiting on hold for over 50 minutes and then hung up on me for no reason.

Batteries No Good

Would Not Recommend

Purchased two of these on sale and both batteries were bad. Returned them thinking we could get replacements from Lowes but the price is only valid online and now they are out of stock. No doubt the will get them in stock and only offer the regular price. Not pleased at all.

Great price on sale! Worth it just for the battery

Would Recommend

Great price on sale! Worth it just for the battery. The packaging is terrible so it got damaged in transit— it’s a thin, hard plastic case and because there’s no padding or packing around it all the hinges have pieces broken off. And yet still worth the $!

It's a good combo-toolkit for daily use

Would Recommend

The matrix-style tool is convenient - exchangeable tool heads. Price is hard to beat with 4 tools and a battery. The battery is 20V/2Ah with a charger - for black and decker, it's important to collect enough to support different toosets. The case is clean and sturdy to sort out tool storage.

Great combo kit! I bought this kit to replace a Black and Decker 20 volt drill I have had for years. I am very pleased with the new drill, as well as the other accessories.

We like the combination of tools that this set includes. But unfortunately the battery doesn’t charge. We tried several times to charge the battery but it didn’t work. We need to return it.
