I own 3 of these in 2 houses, so I don't hate them. THE GOOD: They have very good suction on the 1st level & a higher level is available (but see below*); they have an extending tube for longer reach; the filters are washable; they're easy to empty; the pet hair attachment works really well on furniture. THE NOT-SO-GOOD: There's no latch to hold the filter in place when you empty them, so the filter often falls out with the debris; the detent to hold the extension tube extended is useless, so...

Impossible to get filter cover off Vacuum of course is load and won’t suck now because it’s clogged Tried using vice grips

Amazing on paper!

I am always in search of anything that can handle the fur of long haired cats. This is powerful but the fur gets wrapped around the brush in the power nozzle and you have to stop and unwind. The dust cup isn't very large, if you're trying to do a 5x7 rug in a pet area, will need to empty several times. Definitely working better than my Shark at the moment.

This is Exactly what our family needed for quick clean ups around our house, especially in the kitchen where most of the activity is in our house. It’s super powerful and does a great job for the quick picker uppers.
