I hate it.
Terrible design. Suction is ok. It’s impossible to empty it without getting dirt everywhere. The small flap that prevents dirt from falling back out of the mouth is so easily dislodged that it ended up being lost to the trash early after about a month.

Battery is junk and cannot be replaced; do not buy
Do not buy this product. It does not have a replaceable battery, and the rechargeable battery failed on my product after 3 years. Black & Decker admitted in an email that "the estimated time of use of these units can be between 2 to 4 years depending on various factors." In other words, you are paying for a product that will be worthless in 2-4 years. In my case, 3.

Can’t open the canister!!
While this Dustbuster is one of the best I’ve ever used, it is impossible to open the canister once it is locked. Has great power and ability to pickup crumbs off the floor and carpet. However can’t open to empty!

I bought this product on Friday March the 11th (2022). That night I did a small test run and it worked fine then. Then I left it on the charger for 24 hours! After that I was using it to clean my car, then starts shutting off on me! I keep turning it on and off for while, and it just kept shutting off.
