What Customers Are Saying
Customers overwhelmingly praise this tile cutter for its simplicity and effectiveness on standard ceramic tiles, with most finding it easy to use even for beginners. Many highlight its portability, dry-cutting capability, adjustable fence, and precise scoring for straight cuts. The tool performs well on tiles up to 14 inches with minimal chipping, and reviewers appreciate the clean breaks and lack of dust. However, some report difficulty with smaller tiles, inconsistent snaps, or uneven breaks requiring multiple passes. A few customers received defective or contaminated units, expressing strong frustration. Despite these drawbacks, most consider it a worthwhile investment for small to medium tiling projects.

My husband bought it for a small project in the garage. We installed a sink and the area for the tiles is small and we thought this cutter should be enough. But big mistake, every time it broke the tile uneven or left the border all chipped. We tried to return it but we just found out all tiles cutters have 48 hrs of return policy. In the end we lost the money and we have to rent a wet cutter tiler.
Just rent a wet tile saw.
This didn’t work; maybe the smaller version does but this was a waste of money and a wet tile saw rental for 4 hours was basically the same price. We should have started there, the project would have gone much more smoothly and quickly if we hadn’t messed with this tool.
Bad, don’t waste your money
I lost my money, I could not even return it. This is by far the worst purchase I have made in a long time.
It is just for making straight cuts.
A great tool to easily and safely cut tile.
