Great product but wears out
Beautiful lock set installed in 2018. After 4 years of high usage through front door entry, the thumb depressor transmission has failed. Door sticks and will not open or shut properly. Hoping the lifetime warranty will save me having to replace the lock set. After 4 years still looks new.
