Not the best, but not the worst..

I purchased my golf cart in April 2023 while it was on sale for around $8,500 at Lowe’s in Alpharetta, GA. It was a 2022 model (which I only realized later after checking the certificate). At the time, most new carts were $12K+, and even older used models were going for around $6K, so spending a couple thousand more for something newer felt like the smarter choice. Brentwood Hills

We purchased the black golf cart for the property, but it has been in service for 2 years and the battery no longer holds a charge. It is hard to find a replacement battery. We made several attempts to get this battery replaced, but everyone has given us the run-around for these gel batteries. We have ordered the wrong size from 3 different locations. Please help us find these batteries

Horrible Golf Cart

Purchased in December and down 5 months later in May. Although we purchased extended warranty, we had to contact the manufacturer because still under their warranty. We had to drive it 41 miles to nearest repair shop and it has now been 3 months and still not fixed.

Reviews have not been all that great on theses carts but mine arrived in perfect shape and fully charged and the pickup at my Lowes went without a hitch. Works very well and i am impressed with its performance.

Great Golf Cart!!

There is nothing we don’t love about our new golf cart. We had it for a few weeks and it is more than we expected. Living on a steep hill and needing to traverse it multiple times a day, this cart handles it easily. Very strong electric motor that will get you where you need to go quickly. We love the looks as well. It has a custom build look that everyone has complimented us on it.

Lowes couldn't keep these charged and ruined batteries on them. Bought 2 carts. Esteban at Hisun Motors is getting me squared away though.

Bought 2 new wont charge customer serv doesn't ans

Bought 2 of these on April 29 2025. Batteries won't charge on either and they were both completely drained. Customer service won't answer calls or call back. Would not recommend faulty product. Will call Lowes soon unless customer service gets back with me relatively quickly today.
