Not the best, but not the worst..

Brentwood Hills

We purchased the black golf cart for the property, but it has been in service for 2 years and the battery no longer holds a charge. It is hard to find a replacement battery. We made several attempts to get this battery replaced, but everyone has given us the run-around for these gel batteries. We have ordered the wrong size from 3 different locations. Please help us find these batteries

Lowe junked it

Do not buy this. It’s not safe!!

Almost 10 months ago my teenage son was killed in our neighborhood when this golf cart over turned. The steering wheel completely came off. We decided not to sue because no amount of money can bring my son back and we can not take any more stress of a lawsuit and trial. Do not buy this!! It was brand new bought from Lowe’s and we had it a little over 2 weeks. Our lives are destroyed and I wish I never saw this golf cart. The steering wheel should have never came off!!

Great Golf Cart!!

There is nothing we don’t love about our new golf cart. We had it for a few weeks and it is more than we expected. Living on a steep hill and needing to traverse it multiple times a day, this cart handles it easily. Very strong electric motor that will get you where you need to go quickly. We love the looks as well. It has a custom build look that everyone has complimented us on it.

Horrible Golf Cart

Purchased in December and down 5 months later in May. Although we purchased extended warranty, we had to contact the manufacturer because still under their warranty. We had to drive it 41 miles to nearest repair shop and it has now been 3 months and still not fixed.

Quality is not Good

We recently purchased this cart. The cart, with a full charge, will go only 8 mph. When we let off the gas, the cart abruptly stops even though the brake is not engaged. This cart also rattles and has a lot of uneccessary noises. We wanted to like this cart but unfortunately there seems to be something seriously wrong. Trying to return this cart has also been a nightmare. We have been calling Lowe’s customer service since last Wednesday (6/7/23) on how to get a scheduled pickup to return. We had...

Total Garbage

Inherited this golf cart from an employee, who bought it for there personal use, but moved away and left behind because it was broken and the service company would never actually come. I got to work by replacing the ignition/key, now it does the exact thing others are saying, runs to 8 mph and eventually not at all, battery's test 100% has electrical problem. Had emails with customer service, they say they will help but do nothing. Had to buy the key switch myself. Total joke of a product.

Buyer Beware! DO NOT BUY

Terrible product and terrible customer service from the makers of this golf cart, Hisun Motors in McKinney, TX. After only 63 miles and 5 1/2 hours of use, the carts batteries will no longer charge rendering the cart useless. I have been trying to get the company to repair the cart for 5 months with no resolution. Total waste of money!! I spend a lot of money at Lowe's but this is definitely a purchase I wish I had never made.

Great but not perfect

So far I like most everything about the little unit. I have side by sides,4 wheelers and 4x4 trucks but they are all very loud. It's nice to be able to cruise around my property with the wife talk and take in nature in silence. Only complaint I have is the battery power drains very fast. There is no way it would go 40 miles. I get about 30 minutes of travel then it's low enough it will barely clime the small hill in my drive way.
