We purchased 2 Axis Mini Bikes on 5-24-24 from the Lowe's in Hibbing MN (Store #2333) one for each of our kids. The bikes were supposed to be delivered May 27th, but that was then rescheduled by Lowes to June 3rd. After carefully reading the owners manual and checking everything over we tested both bikes and there was a problem with one of them. Not happy at all with this product. Terrible build

I purchased 2 Axis MB200 mini bikes from Lowe’s maybe a week or two ago, and thus far it’s been a terrible and frustrating experience. It should have been a fun activity to share with my kids. Picked up the bikes and after roughly 4 hours spent building them I notice the frame on one of them is bent and the rear wheel will not move because it’s stuck to the chain guard. Ok, no problem. To start, I will say Lowes was awesome in refunding our money for a crappy product. Water in the gas tank. Just broken

I purchased the bike and within a hour my son realized there was water in the gas tank. I called the store and spoke with a manager. He was supposed to call me back, but he never did. I called again and spoke with customer service. They told me told to bring the bike back so that I could exchange it for another one. GREAT!!! That is not what happened. My son took the bike back the next day and was informed that there were no more bikes at the store. He could not get his money back because they s...

Idle dangerously fast, frame broke out of warranty

We bought this right before Christmas. I assembled it, followed all the directions. I used to ride a 72 Triumph -- I know how to make an engine work. It idled too fast right from the get-go - the brakes could barely hold it back at a standstill, much less at speed. I didn't have time to fiddle with it and the weather wasn't all that great for a couple weeks. Come April, my son figures out how to work around the throttle design (good job, son!) to make it idle safely but NOW THE FRAME IS BROK...

Lasted for one season

Cheap build. The headlight harness failed within few weeks. The bike worked intermittently the first year. In the second year was incidentally dropped onto one side overnight. Oil filled the main cylinder and air filter. No amount of cleaning helped to fix the problem. The bike doesn't start, the pull starter is locked.

Gas Tank was punctured

I picked this up today at Lowes and had to finish the assembly. Lowe's offered to assemble the bike but their guy would not be able to get to it for another day or 2. So I did it myself. The assembly that needs completed out of the box is steering column, handlebars, headlight, both fenders and the front wheel installed. Would be the perfect bike BUT that gas tank…

I wish I could give it a 4 1/2 stars. It’s a great bike. The grandkids love it. My only issue with it is the poor design of the gas tank. It’s a pain to fuel, even though a funnel was provided to help accommodate its strange position, the filter gets in the way. The filter also has to be lined up perfectly to get the cap back on.

Fun Mini Bike

I bought the bike yesterday and rode it for maybe 15 min. Rode it another hour today on streets, asphalt paths, and grass and the headlight broke loose from a bad weld as previously stated. PLEASE train or hire a new welder or fix the robot. Other than that, this thing is AWESOME!! Just fast enough at 25mph to be fun, I can go wide open and not speed in my neighborhood, and it’s super easy to ride. I’ve put both of my daughters (8 & 10 yo) in front of me and comfortably ridden.
