SMELL IS HORRIBLE!!

This product looks fantastic, and ours was delivered without any marks/blemishes, etc., BUT the smell was horrific. We put it in an unused bedroom after we opened it up and hoped the smell would "leach" out of it. Even in 20 degree weather we had the window open and a fan in hoping to dispel the smell. It has lessened somewhat, but we've had it 2 weeks and it still is NOT in our bedroom due to the smell. Don't know if anyone else experienced this, but the smell was absolutely toxic. We have k...

The first headboard I got had I chip in it and a crack near a joint. Per the instructions, I called Atlantic's customer service number, and was told that I could keep or dispose of the headboard, and they would ship another one to me immediately. Okay, that's pretty good customer service. When I got the tracking number, FED EX kept saying that the delivery was pending. I called Atlantic serveral days later and the rep said that there had been some confusion and FED EX never scanned or picked...
